Dilshod Shoyimardonkulovich Yavmutov was born on February 12, 1977 in Bukhara city. In 1994-1999 he graduated from the Bukhara State University majoring in Geography.

In 2012, Yavmutov Dilshod successfully defended his Ph.D. thesis on the topic “Territorial features of the use of irrigated lands in the context of economic modernization (on the example of Bukhara region)” in the field of regional economics and agricultural economics.
D. Yavmutov is a participant in grants for the modernization of educational processes in Uzbekistan within the framework of the TEMPUS, ERASMUS + and PASCH programs of the European Union. Currently, the Erasmus + program of the European Union is a member of the BioEcUz project “Sustainable development of the bioeconomy in Uzbekistan”.
Within the framework of state scientific and technical programs, he participated in 2018-2020 in the scientific and practical project OT-A-QX-2018-22 "Improving the economic efficiency of livestock production through the development of livestock feed base (on the example of Bukhara region)", implemented in Bukhara State University.
He also, as a coordinator, contributed to the passage at a high level of the III-International Congress of Social Sciences INCSOS-2018, held in 2018, and international scientific congresses - SOCIETY OF AMBIENT INTELLIGENCE 2020, 2021 (III-ISC-2020, IV-ISC-2021) held in 2020 and 2021.
In March-April 2018, he improved his qualifications under the program "Management of Higher Education" at the Main Scientific and Methodological Center under the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan. In December 2021-January 2022, he improved his qualifications at the Kazan (Privolnoye) Federal University of the Russian Federation under the Modern University program.

•The master's department of Bukhara State University was established in 2002. Associate Professor A.Boltaev (2002-2004), N.Nosirova (2004-2007), Associate Professor N.Murodov (2008-2009), Associate Professor M.Daminov (2009-2010) , Associate Professor O.Ochilov (2010-2011), Associate Professor D.Rajabov (2011-2012), Associate Professor L.Nigmatova (2012-2013), Associate Professor N.Sevinchov (2013-2016), X .Muminov (2016-2018), Associate Professor O.Kahkhorov (2018-2019).
•From May 2019 to the present, it is headed by Associate Professor AA Turaev, Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Physical and Mathematical Sciences.
•Currently, the master's department operates in accordance with the "Regulations on the master's degree", which came into force by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated March 2, 2015 No 36.
•The university currently has 165 first-year students in 28 specialties and 486 second-year masters in 31 specialties, for a total of 651 masters. The training of masters in these specialties is entrusted to 38 departments. Each faculty has a master's room equipped with video surveillance cameras and video projectors.
•Experienced professors and teachers of the university are involved in the teaching of specialty subjects and scientific supervision of master's dissertations. In addition, well-known scientists and specialists from leading universities of the country and industry institutes of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan are invited to the master's degree process and scientific guidance. Particular attention is paid to the involvement of graduate students in research work, active participation in conferences, the publication of scientific articles based on the results of observations and research. The traditional Republican scientific-practical conference of university masters on "Thinking and Interpretation" is held annually. At this conference, most of our graduate students are speaking on the topic of their dissertations. In recent years, two-part master's conference proceedings have been published. A number of our talented students have been engaged in serious and successful research work during their master's studies and have won prestigious state scholarships, competitions and awards.
•Tasks of the master's department:
•Coordination of the activities of Bukhara State University with the existing 38 departments and 13 deans of faculties;
•Laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Education, Presidential Decrees, Orders, Resolutions, Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers, Resolutions of the Board of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education, orders, letters of instruction, modemograms and telephone messages, as well as Ensuring and monitoring the implementation of rector's orders in faculties, departments, divisions;
•Informing students about the content of decrees and resolutions adopted by the President and the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
•Development of the necessary normative and legal documents for master's specialties, their continuous improvement on the basis of requirements and offers of personnel clients;
•Concluding and implementing mutually beneficial cooperation agreements between the university and enterprises, organizations, private enterprises and firms;
•Coordinating and supervising the activities of all departments of the university for the training of masters;
•Assist in the organization and implementation of the master's degree training process;
•control over the quality of education and training provided to graduate students;
•control over the implementation of the tasks assigned to teachers involved in pedagogical activities in the master's degree, increase their social, professional and personal activity;
•Systematic analysis of the current situation in the master's degree, identification of problematic situations, identification of priorities for trends in the development of the master's degree;
